Step 1) on PCC when you’re printing a claim, use Left 4 and Top 1 as the settings for this
Step 2) When you see the PDF, open the print dialogue with Control + P, once its open click “Print using system dialog” at the bottom.
Step 3) Select the correct printer and hit Properties
Step 4) on the Paper Size dropdown, go to the bottom and select Edge to Edge Letter
Step 5) On the Effects tab, click “Print document on”, select Letter, then uncheck “Scale to fit”. Hit apply then print.
